<p>In other words technology is a choice but we no longer have the choice of whether or not to provide a solution that uses technology. And - we cannot assume that having "a" technology is acceptable. I recall when companies (providers and procurers) were clamoring for "e-learning solutions."</p>
<p>So know are these solutions social, mobile, secure, IoT enabling and data driven? Perhaps not - is being SCORM - enough today? Was it ever?</p>
