Truthfulness - is this the outcome or the process?

Transparency -
While this is something I believe in - I wonder if the risk is that of being taken advantage by others who might choose to use the transparency against you.
Is it possible to truthfully seek outcomes that cannot be hindered by transparency?
What does that really mean?
Integrity- "'...the condition of being unified, unimpaired, or sound in construction; internal consistency or lack of corruption.'"
It is what it is
Ability to withstand external pressure
your words and actions conform to your most cherished values
Honor "...behaving honorably....to acknowledge what is right - as opposed to merely what you want - and then having the courage to do it.''
