An individual learner has access to learning from different sources throughout their day, week, year and life.

Is it possible to assure coordination of all these sources? Is it desirable?

Does the learner have the tools and skills that will help to improve the effectiveness of the learning available to them? Is it possible or desirable for every learner to have a path to follow? Who builds the path?
