Your Revenue Driver

Given that in fact a decision to "not make a decision" is indeed a decision – how do we “teach/learn” how to make a decision that requires action vs one that does not.

 

If we knew that in order for training to be effective that it must be accompanied by coaching and we knew that the likelihood of effective coaching being implemented was zero then what decision would you make:

 

1. Invest in the training and hope for the best

2. Save the time and money and motivate performance through financial incentives

3. Do nothing and see which people rise to the top based on their initiative
