Each must be achieved with a process that is itself trusted

  • My expectations or ours?
  • My boundaries or ours?
  • Delegating for whose benefit?
  • How are "mutual" intentions defined when there is a "power" differential?
  • How do we avoid unspoken changes in expectations regarding "agreement"
  • Consistent with behavior that builds trust - unfortunately some may be consistent - in a manner that diminishes trust
