With respect and appreciation for the work, insights, friendship and guidance of Sonny Magana this group has been established to facilitate study, understanding and application of his framework for innovation in education.

Is it enough to be disruptive?

How do we assure the effectiveness of the framework - even if it is "only" descriptive and utilitarian?

Perhaps it needs to appear to be disruptive to gain attention (much like headlines or media teasers)...but then what.

I think that Sonny wants to be much more than a headline - and that he wants to be much more - sooner.

Let's learn  - join forces....and accelerate mutual effectiveness!

Translational  - save time and money (e.g. efficiency)

Transformational - redefine old tasks and generate new opportunities - (e.g. mastery)

Transcendent - communal and all inclusive (e.g. creation)
