This appears to be written for educators as is uses their language and appeals to what they understand.

I wonder if understanding educators is quite important and yet if expecting them to be the lead or understand or advocate for disruption is unfair, impossible and unnecessary?

Might there be an alternative and honorable process that is engaging to those who might fear the disruption as they are engaged to navigate and accelerate its adoption, expansion and eventual obsolescence?
