As one builds an organization or a solution it is critical for trust to be designed into the system - not merely depended on.

If there is a single point of failure in a system - it is perhaps a problem of design more than a problem of failure.

How do we design to avoid these "single points' without creating burdensome redundancy?

Doing so - allows trust of capability to thrive - hence - we must do so!
