There are three important aspects that are essential to sustaining our existence.

1. Our Mindset - what do we choose to believe (consider reading The New Leadership Literacies)
2. Our Toolset - the resources that help us live what we believe (consider reading Learning as a Way of Leading)
3. Our Skillset - our effectiveness in using the resources to realize our choices (Commit to developing your competency as an informal learner)

Our limitations regarding our skills and tools can limit our minds.

I have chosen to believe that we own the responsibility to choose our Mindset and then find the tools and develop the necessary skills to realize it as we adapt it.
