iFive Alliances

Your Revenue Driver

Well there's eLearning, mLearning, blended learning, informal learning .... and now thanks to Greg Williams we have "spiral" learning. It's distinction is that it embraces all forms (similar to blended learning) but does more than just describe the format. It actually reveals the dynamics of learning as it creates more impact in the workplace.

Attached is a visual that I have given the uncreative title - The Training Grid - it depicts the spiral and is not self-explanatory.

I would like to explain this to a few interested people and get your feedback.

At it's essence are the concepts of:

Readiness

Change Management

Performance Support

as alterntives for:

Prerequisites

New Content

Reinforcement

Please tear into the model and let me know your questions.

Thanks,

Paul

P.S. Thanks to Greg Williams for this title

Paul,

I'm interested in understanding this...can you give a journey example of how this would translate in application? Models are conceptual by design, but I need some help with context to connect-the-dots.

Thanks!
Terena, thanks for the request. I've written a one-pager to describe this (attached) and also scheduled a free webinar event this week and next because of the many inquiries. You can find the details for the webinar in the events section of this site.

I hope you can attend one of the sessions.
