Level Four - The performance of these work tasks results in sustainable and auditable practices by the beneficiaries of the learner's work

Where was the resource you derived these 4 levels of Green Training? I am curious as I am working with the Green society to help them understand and adapt Social Media as well as Training initiatives.
Les, a question from Theo Jamison spurred my interest and I did some reading to see what others had done. I then created the above using the Kirkpatrick model as a starting point.

Here is what I posted in response to Theo's question in the ASTD Atlanta Group:

Here is a blog post that I found that offers specific categories related to "going green." The last two have direct correlation to corporate training initiatives. I have included a quote from the blog.
