What did Drucker have to say about Strategic Alliances?

As I've been reading "The Daily Drucker" it has become apparent that he did have much to say about strategic alliances.

 

The chapters dated 18 December and 19 December have a focus on this topic. I'll be blogging about those chapters next month in the Drucker Group.

 

Last Friday, November 5 we held a joint meeting of the Drucker Society of Georgia and the Southeast Chapter of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.  As a by product of promoting this event I learned that in fact Drucker's work influenced the creation of ASAP.

18 December - Alliances for Progress

19 December Rules for Successful Alliances
