I can only imagine that the impact of Autism to the family is far-reaching - and that aid is needed to allow the child and their family to fulfill themselves to their maximum potential.
Our hearts reach out to these families. Why do these problems persist and grow?
Within the corporate environment each function must find a way to solve its problems within its means. It is rare that one function would support another unless there was a direct dependence.
And yet - the system works - if product development needs to upgrade the skills of the product development people then prices are established to allow sales to generate sufficient margins. If not enough sales are being made then prices may be raised subject to competitive pressure.
Where does competitive pressure or a suitable "checks and balances" mechanism exist for health care?
