How much are consumers willing to pay for the service?"

"The Math –....  a feasibility analysis with financial forecasting to confirm that the return will justify the investment"

How does this apply - internally and externally to the corporate learning function?

Could the research and math be "outsourced?" What are the pros and cons - specific to diversification of outsourcing this?

What are the pros and cons of this approach with healthcare?

Do we have a similar policy in the workplace related to learning?

For example - does everyone go through formal training with every promotion? Do we train leaders on every aspect of leadership? What about the use of new technologies - do we train on every feature?

Is the knowledge better or do we just have more of it?

Are we learning faster?

What does it cost to learn?

Are we performing at a better rate? faster? What does it cost to perform better and faster?

What do we want this to lead us to - 1o years from now?
