Within our environments this might be analogous to training needs that are:

Recently I witnessed what might be considered public "bullying" by a employee with 20+ years of service taunting another employee with "only" 18 month of service to their company? It made me wonder what happens privately? It made me wonder what would happen were I to become an employee of this company?
New employees are the "children" of our corporate family? Do we need to manage their learning differently? How might the "adults" in our corporate family aid or hinder the development.
Recently I have spoken to some employees that have had significant and frequent changes in management including periods of several months between managers. How are these "orphans" of "foster" children needs being met when it comes to performance reviews, bonuses and recognition?
