Should learning organizations that are paid based on performance consider paying for non-learning expenses in order to reduce overall costs?"
Would coaching be an example of this? If the learning function reimbursed the field function for time they spent coaching might we be in a better position to assure that:
- Coaching is occurring?
- Coaches are skilled?
- Costs of coaching (e.g. use of technology) are managed?
