A significant difference in training specialists and health specialists is that our industry tends to treat every need as if all it needs is an isolated event.
When we see a cardiologist for example - we expect to see them "forever" and they collect and compare our "performance" data each time we meet. With training - what type of relationship do we have with the leadership instructor? How much do they know about us? Even if we stay in the same company are we likely to have the same leadership instructor throughout our career? Would it be beneficial to change this? What prevents us from making the change?
