2015 Trauma-Informed Care in Action
Trauma informed care suggests that things that have happened to us earlier in our lives can have impact to medical and psychological care later in our lives. This makes sense and with obstacles such as accurate and accessible health care records - one can only imagine the challenges.'

"The state is now negotiating three-year contracts with the new MCOs that will require them to increase the percentage of value-based or outcome-based contracts they hold with provider organizations, hospitals, and physicians. Value-based contracts will need to make up a minimum 30% of DHS funding received by MCOs and passed on to provider organizations for medical reimbursements."

Would an external provider be willing to provide an option for "accountability?"

Would shorter more frequent training be practical? How can measurement be done cost-effectively? Must it be unobtrusive? Might it be more accurate/effective if done obtrusively?
