What are we doing with out knowledge of the life-factors that accelerate or impede professional development? Do the diverse populations (including older workers) have different needs? How are we adapting our capabilities around these diverse needs?

What if social determinants data could be used to set health insurance rates? or education rates?

Which social determinants impact the cost of education (or perhaps the effectiveness of education?)

How do we know for sure? Why does it matter to be sure?

2020 Strategic Plan As Recovery Plan

So often I read that most strategic plans never get implemented. So what is the purpose of the recovery plan?

Are we focused on all of the needs, most of the needs, just enough needs? What emerges from the unmet needs? Will this emergence - support or hinder the plan?

2021 The Low Bar

It is easier to find fault with others than to prove our own competence - so we choose the low bar. Have I just done that?

Is it likely that our consumers want competence and yet choose avoidance?

The location of the bar is nuanced...how do we prepare ourselves and others to respond to the Nuance Bar?
