Here are four categories of tasks related to an EHR implementation.
- Routine Elements
- Complex Elements
- System “Freeze” & Final Preparation
- Expanding & Leveraging the EHR Implementation
These also correlate to an LMS - are there other elements? Which of these is it important to assure that internal staff can accompish with excellence? Are these tasks done often enough to assure excellence?
