2014 Urgent Care Vs. ER?

Are we surprised when we make a change that intends to do one thing and then discover that an "unintended consequence" occurs which may be worse than what the change was trying to avoid?

How can we avoid making these mistakes? How do we avoid focusing on what we do versus what our clients need us to do - and the reasons they need us to do those things. As their reasons change - it creates opportunity for us or for our competitors.

What are the reasons that our clients need our services?

How are those reasons changing?

2018 First Telehealth—Now Virtual Health

It is "easy" and "popular" and likely correct to predict that the future will be more readily accepting of virtual services? Does that mean we will avoid the "face-to-face" service? How will the face-to-face service also improve with technology?

Radio and TV and the internet allow for virtual "attendance" at sporting events - yet - live attendance prices continue to increase - there are more teams than ever - more new stadiums - why?

What can we learn from this? Has elearning eliminated classroom based learning? How has the classroom benefited from new technologies?

What would you like the "classroom" to look like in 2050? - 2025? - 2021?
