Leaders are made, not born - we are all leaders - consciously or unconsciously - all the time - of our own lives and to those whose lives we influence
Leaders are lifelong learners - and learning will happen - even when unintended - it is often involuntary - experiences happen to us - we need to also choose which experiences to create - and what we choose to learn from any experience - a mirror is often helpful
All for one and one for all - the 9 x 9 matrix will help me
Virtue is a habit - and it does have a healthy appetite
Virtue is contagious - especially when we intentionally "re-infect" ourselves!
