Truthfulness - is this the outcome or the process?

"Ultimately, the most important person to whom you must tell the truth is yourself. Self-delusion and self-deception are..."

Transparency -

• While this is something I believe in - I wonder if the risk is that of being taken advantage by others who might choose to use the transparency against you.
• Is it possible to truthfully seek outcomes that cannot be hindered by transparency?
• What does that really mean?

Integrity - "'...the condition of being unified, unimpaired, or sound in construction; internal consistency or lack of corruption.'"

• It is what it is
• Ability to withstand external pressure
• your words and actions conform to your most cherished values

Honor "...behaving honorably....to acknowledge what is right - as opposed to merely what you want - and then having the courage to do it.''

Trustworthiness -

• Keep confidences
• Reliability
• Consistency
