It is often joked that the three most important aspects of real estate are - location, location, location.

Similarly - and seriously -the three most important aspects of relationships (personal or professional) are trust, trust, trust.

What do we spend, how much of our time do we lose, how much value is lost - because we do not trust others - or they do not trust us.

Many year ago I recall hearing that "The Pen is Mightier than the Sword." I have chosen to believe that "Trust" is mightier than the Pen.
