Foreword

Nathan Rogers is a professional and personal friend. We met in 2009 and soon thereafter Nathan accepted my invite to join the board of the TAG Workplace Learning Society.

In 2017 Nathan participated in the dialog that resulted in the announcement of the Accountable Learning Organization. We now refer to the ALO as the Adaptable Learning Organization.

Nathan has influenced my thinking in many ways on many topics. One of the most relevant ways he has influenced me is to remind me of the importance of "fulfillment" as a motivation of a learner.

Please enjoy this forum with hopes of being inspired to expand the perspectives of all who choose to participate.
