Might hope be characterized as:

• passion
• accountability
• esprit de corps
• excitement about the future
• personal and professional meaning

Faith - the "evidence" of things we have not seen

• the people we work with
• the organization we serve
• ourselves
• something beyond yourself

Vision - where we are going to be (versus where we are now?)...and the ability to communicate it

Optimism - perhaps - consistently anticipating and preparing and performing in a manner that expects positive outcomes?

Pragmatism - "hope tempered by wisdom and humility" - Confidence = healthy pragmatism?

Inspiration - communicating in a manner that elicits confidence from within others?
