He Was Open to People and Their Ideas - pages 186-189

The Lawrence of Arabia story does not seem to fit the message - what am I missing?

The story is good - especially - "Nothing is written unless you write it." and "What do you want?"

"Life is about co-creation and companionship." How do we do this without losing "self?" Or is this perhaps how we gain self?

As I build alliances what I have learned - is that when a disagreement occurs - and sometimes my role is to reveal it -

The alliances flourish when each partner changes their actions to accommodate the other and the need.
The alliances collapse when the partners demand that the other one change.
