The service knows that not all of its "employees" will stay with them forever. Does this model of "post-employment" thinking open our minds to an innovative approach of rewarding employees after the period of service? Does this make business sense in that the ROI of their service may in fact occur after there service is completed.

  • Do providers trust the consumer?
  • Do consumers trust the provider?
  • Do payers trust either?
  • Do either trust the payers?

Is it possible to create fair systems without trust?

What is cost of assuring fairness in the absence of trus?

What does it take to assure trust? Do we have the time to do so? What is the alternative?
