Bruce Herman's Page

Bruce Herman, PBH Consultants LLC, spent over 20 years in the “Bell System”, also working for New York Telephone Company, Southern Bell and AT&T. Bruce spent the early part of his career in one of the Call Center’s at New York Telephone Company, then moved on to outside sales within all three companies where he has won many awards for sales and customer service. During Bruce’s latter career he transitioned over to various Call Centers, including AT&T, in addition to other major corporations where he has managed up to 500 agents and supervisors. Bruce has managed both inbound and outbound centers for these corporations
