The cost and convenience of the UCC's will get the consumer's attention. This reminds me of Kevin Maney's book titled Trade-Off (convenience vs. fidelity.) Today - the Hospital ER has the leadership in "fidelity" at a cost 10 times that of the more convenient walk-in centers.

With education it seems like the comparison might be the university systems vs. independent training companies - this is well established but the disruption would occur if the Universities established "walk-in" learning centers without the shackles of academic overhead and with the mindset of "getting the job done" - more efficiently - and for a profit.

2022 For Whole Person Care, It’s All About The Data

Why might something that makes sense on a macro level mean almost nothing at a micro level?

I think the problem is rooted in the challenges associated with knowing what data to apply to whom by whom and when.

How do we assure 100% accuracy of these 4 questions:

  1. What data
  2. Applied to whom
  3. Applied by whom
  4. When
