2017 "Going Digital" For a Better Consumer Experience
Kevin Maney wrote in "Trade-Off" that we often faced with choices between what is convenient and what is "better." He also asserted that technology will be used to make the convenient even more convenient and what we perceive as "better" as more so.
In other words technology is a choice but we no longer have the choice of whether or not to provide a solution that uses technology. And - we cannot assume that having "a" technology is acceptable. I recall when companies (providers and procurers) were clamoring for "e-learning solutions."
So know are these solutions social, mobile, secure, IoT enabling and data driven? Perhaps not - is being SCORM - enough today? Was it ever?
