Is chaos - common or rare in the workplace? How would you define chaos? Does "chaos theory" make sense?
Are we so conditioned to expect everything to be predictable (or at least favorable to our point of view) that the unpredictable or unfavorable becomes labelled as chaos?
If so then might chaos to one person might be order to another?
What happens if we prepare for chaos and "order" emerges? What if we prepare for order and "chaos" emerges?
