  • Are we better off not asking?
  • Is there a better way for us to manage this for the mutual benefit of the employee, their family and our company?

Would it make sense to manage "training" and "change management" from the same budget and have it overseen by the same department?

Does the adage - "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" apply here? With training and change management - which is prevention and which is cure?

Or perhaps - given an increase in salary - and an expectation that they could get trained or not - or in the matter they chose - from the source they chose - at their own expense?
