The higher the role I have had in my career the more energy and concern I heard about people issues. Are my experiences unique? Has our legal system forced us to turn humans into commodities - everyone one of us is the same as every other one?
Do any of us want to be the same as everyone else?
What does the integration of learning mean?
What is its purpose?
Why might the learner be opposed to it? Who else might be opposed to it?
How would we assure the best results for the learner if we knew that integration would provide it?
