I googled "Omega Leadership Style" and found a reference that cited it as the opposite of the "Alpha" style. Rather than "opposite" I prefer the notion of "inclusion."
It may be useful to think of masculine and feminine the way that languages refer to nouns - as descriptors - not as biological differentiators. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grammatical_gender
Inclusive works whether or not you agree with how we think of the terms. I believe it makes sense to learn from the best or worst that anyone has to offer...and have the freedom to choose what is best....

How symbolic - Omega - the last sums all of it up - not Alpha - the first or Beta the second - there is more to come.
Omega symbolizes servant leadership...what might gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, eta....leadership have to offer?
