A Knowledge Worker is empowered to use their capabilities. The result of this is that they do not feel "exploited" and hence may not seek "political" identity.
Within a corporate entity "politics" arise from the need for trust and the need to protect "investments" that separate the relevance of internal functions. If in fact all corporate information were available to all corporate knowledge workers to enable them to make effective decisions - what would happent to corporate politics?
What role could the corporate training department play to enable the availability of information?

Drucker further asserts that "Knowledege Workers" are capitalists, in the old and new sense. This means that their knowledge is the capital (old sense) and their knowledge is the means of production (new sense.)
What are the roles of Knowledge Workers related to protecting corporate information? What internal protections are obsolete?
