Smarter in VUCA and quicker in chaos

Redefining Intelligence - from logic (avoid randomness (absence of logic) and error(opposite of logic))

• Randomness may be a source of creativity - valued within bounds
• Error is to be eliminated at its root - emotion and cognitive bias

We have been brainwashed...

Instead - nonlogical intelligence that isn't arbitrary:

• Intuition - perceives the world's hidden rules
• Imagination - makes the future
• Emotion - knows the path of personal growth
• Commonsense - decides wisely in uncertainty
