How do we evaluate the integrity of our training efforts?

Does the training organization apply the same principles internally that it advocates to its clients (internal or external?)

It what areas does the training organization apply these principles better internally than externally?

Are there areas where it applies them better externally than internally?

We know that we need to do more that just take attendance at classes (classroom or online) and that attendees need to be accountable for working to understand and apply the content.

How do we assure this in a webinar? How do we assure this in the classroom?

How do we prove the soundness of our instructional design decisions and investments. Are we self-accountable or accountable to others? How?

Do we expect our learners to be self-accountable? How can we prove that performance matters?

How would you "characterize" the manner in which your training organization or company uses training to address its own business needs. Is this manner consistent with how your organization or company communicates to its clients (internal or external) regarding how they need to use training to address their business needs?

Is it important for it to be consistent?

How can we objectively determine this?

Would you buy a haircut from someone whose hair is unkempt?

Would you have your home painted by a person whose home was poorly painted?

Would you want your child to be educated by a person whose children were poorly educated?
