In addition to "why" wihch I referred to earlier as my favorite question - Drucker now encourages us to se the word "if."

If you knew then what you knew now would you still be investing in the decisions you made yesterday?

I suggest a candid look (validated with objective external opinion) at your currnet practices and investments:

Is a product/service at the "end of its life?

Is it being sustained only because you have not yet recovered your investment?

Is continued investment preventing you from investing in something new?

How would you react to these questions if targeted at your LMS, Classrooms, elearning standards or organizational structure?
