As we enter deeper into the new economy that began late in 2008 it is fascinating to see the growth in corporate revenues and profitability as the "employment" rate falls to the lowest rate in recorded history (about 64%.)
Where do you think human nature will lead us? To gains in employment or to further reductions in employment.
Do you think that competition spurs innovation or deters it? Is innovation important to your training organization's future? How would you prove and sustain the business impact of your organization based on your answers to these last two questions?
