Drucker's advice is to understand where we spend our time. He suggests that we "know" where our time goes by:

From a training perspective we can look at this in several ways:
1. The development process: How much time do we spend learning what we need to teach others; building the content we will provide to others; maintaining what we have built for others???
2. The delivery process: How much time do we spend making sure that the learners are ready for what we have for them; assuring that they have assimilated what we have delivered; are able to apply what has been assimilated???
3. The organizational process: How much time do we spend focused on the expressed needs of others; solving internal problems; anticipating and planning for the future???
