10 January Management as the Alternative to Tryanny (...not freedom...)
What would happen if any corporate function were allowed to create its own training department independent from a centralized corporate function?
What would happen if each employee were given a choice between cash or the training that the cash could provide?
What can the corporate training function do so that in an environement that allowed the above choices that the predominant choice would be to utilize the services provided by a centralized corporate training function?

Competition is one of the essential components of the free enterprise system. Freedom of choice is another.
