What are the real changes going on that we cannot ignore?

1. Social Media: Fad or change? What is the impact to learning?

2. Open Source: Fad or a change? What is the impact to learning?

3. Mobile Learning: Fad or a change? What is the impact to learning?

Will social learning replace elearning?

Will the open momentum apply to content as well as the LMS (e.g. moodle?) What would be the impact of "open" content?

What will mobile look learning look like if it does not expect the learner to be stationary with full attention on the mobile device? Have we learned anything from web tools like Webex, Go-To-Meeting and the ilk that can help us as we invest in mobile?
