What would you rather deal with?

 

A wrong answer to the right problem....or...The right answer to the wrong problem?

 

In both cases the problem remains unsolved but with the first situation you are at least putting your efforts to work on the situation that needs to be addressed. In the second situation - you are likely to frustrated - your solution is perfect - why is it not appreciated? - You solved the wrong problem!

 

What problem does training solve?

 

Is there consensus amongst the stakeholders regarding your answer?

 

Do the learners, their managers and the sponsors of the training see the "problem" the same way? If not - from which viewpoint do you solve the problem?
