Drucker asserts that management must dea with the nature of "man" and therefore with "Good and Evil."

 

In our current social environment that spans cultures, countries, religions and choices we find ourselves choosing to disassociate theological principles from the work environment.

 

Does this allow us to disassociate ourselves from "Good and Evil?" - Probably not?

 

What is "Good and Evil" in the corporate training environment? What is the basis for these distinction?

 

Theology?

Personal Gain?

Corporate Objectives?

Political Objectives?
