Just because we teach a person something does it mean they do it? - of course not.

Just because we test a person in the classroom does it mean they do it on the job? - of course not.

Just because we pay a person to do something does it mean they do it?

• How do we assure that a person actually does what is expected?
• How is the observation of performance linked to what occurs in training?
• What are the consequences if performance and what was taught are inconsistent?
• Is there a willingness  to be autocratic regarding training?
• What options besides being autocratic have you seen work well?
