I wonder why so much of the work that the training industry does is based on assessments - that seek weaknesses - and then try to fix them?

 

What do you think the impact would be if we found strengths and made them even better?

Lesson learned - the poll is not accessible via the link above - I will need to contact LinkedIn to see if it still accessible otherwise.

We are all strong at something - we are experts on being ourselves - no one can do that better than ourselves. We may need help in matching "who we are" to "what we do."
