Is there an industry that you would not want to work in?

How about your children or grandchildren?

 

Would you encourage them to be an attorney, doctor, school teacher, librarian, musician, journalist, politician, farmer, laborer, janitor, post-office employee, pilot, government worker, special agent? - an employee in your company? your department?

 

What type of person is needed to lead and deliver results in the corporate training department?

 

Are these types of people attracted to the jobs in corporate training?

 

What are the trends?

 

It used to be that we could attract young people at the beginning of their careers and senior people who were near the end of their careers.

 

Is it desireable to attract people who seek to be company leaders and assertively growing their careers as leaders?

I wonder if young people today aspire to work in the tobacco, railroad or "sugary drink" industries?

Why would someone aspire to work in the "training industry?"
