Is there an "us" vs. "them" mentality that the training organization deals with?
Hopefully this is not evident in the classroom. Is it evident at budget time?
How can the training function make sure the potential for this does not impede the effectiveness of their work?
Is it possible to have people from the training department to take assignments in the organizations they support? (3 months to two years?)
Would it work for people from the "field" to take corporate training assignments of similar duration?
What other ideas can be implemented to avoid the negative potential of "us" vs. "them."
What risks are associated with the implementation of "temporary" assignments? How can those risks be mitigated?
