Your Revenue Driver
Imitation is the highest form of flattery.
Imitation that takes over market dominance is "Hitting The Where They Ain't."
So you've decided to let the pioneers take the "arrows in the back" so you know the paths to avoid as you benefit from their trailblazing.
Your theme is focused on doing it "right" vs. doing it first.
This is great if you have the "luxury" of the time it takes to observe others and then understand the improvements needed to make your offering better.
Since most training organiztions (internal or external) do not often have the luxury of "time" I suggest that rather than watch your traditional competitors that you watch the marketing organizations of your own company or the industry that you service.
Learn from their innovations and then improve upon them as you bring your products to market.
